Support the structuring and growth of sports organizations and make sport a vector for growth and inclusion

Good & Right sport is our division dedicated to the sports ecosystem: federations, professional clubs, brands and companies that have made sport a vector of growth and inclusion.

Our approach consists in supporting the structuring and growth of sports organizations by proposing expert profiles able to accompany different phases: change of shareholder and/or governance, digital transformation, managerial emergency linked to the unanticipated departure of a leader, project launch, crisis...

These highly operational profiles are all independent and have all held management positions (CEO, CFO, HR, IT, Marketing, Sales, etc.) in organizations used to change.

These experts have either evolved in the sports world or, through experience and appetite, are able to absorb the culture very quickly for a very short term result: in all cases, the taste for challenge and results are their primary motivation.

At Good & Right people we are all passionate about sports and for some of us it is even a profession.

Our different intervention formats

Recruiting

Whether or not the recruitment is complementary to the audits and interim management missions that we carry out, we operate as a partner for your permanent recruitment for middle, middle + and top management positions.

CSR

Supporting sports organizations in their CSR approach (ISO 20121 certification ...)

Interim management

Following a sudden change within the organization (structural and/or cyclical), interim management is a tool that allows sports organizations to benefit from the contribution of an external and expert resource for a few months to respond to an emergency.

Following the diagnosis made by our interim manager, a roadmap is defined in consultation with the client. The following months are dedicated to the deployment of the solutions defined by our interim manager: optimization of the organization, processes and tools in order to guarantee a rapid return to equilibrium.

Operational audits

Following a change of shareholder, the new general management wishes to set a new course. Beforehand, a systemic audit will allow to have an exhaustive state of the finances, the internal control, the organization and its processes.

Audit "digital transformation": The club wishes to equip itself with a "smart stadium" allowing to create a real place of life even when there are no events, to increase the "fans & customers experience".

Audit "risk of non continuity of operation". Resulting from an insufficiency of equity capital, a strong dependence on a shareholder or too high sports expenses (recruitment of players or coaches).
