Integrity, transparency, respect for the individual and the environment at the service of responsible interim management

In order to raise awareness of CSR and involve its ecosystem in it, Good & Right people has decided to embark on an official process in May 2022, with the aim of obtaining certification as a company with a mission.

Considered as the essential corollary to its values, this project is intended to be virtuous and profitable for the firm, its employees, partners and, more broadly, for civil society and the environment in which Good & Right people operates.

A native CSR since its creation in 2020 by its two founding partners, Good & Right people strives to earn, maintain and strengthen the trust of its clients and all its other stakeholders. Integrity, transparency, respect for people and the environment are the core values of the firm. Thus, this sustainable approach of business allows:

  • To the associates to share a common vision as to the exercise of their profession while perpetuating their responsible business model in a continuous improvement process;
  • Clients benefit from having a partner who is sensitive to and involved in social and environmental issues, guaranteeing them a high level of service while mobilizing human resources capable of identifying internal levers that will enable them to optimize their CSR impacts.

The entire team strives daily to be exemplary in each of its actions and achievements. This objective drives Good & Right People's CSR commitment and applies to the 7 sustainability challenges related to the human resources consulting business that the firm intends to address:

  1. Responsible Governance,
  2. Respect for human rights,
  3. Quality of life at work,
  4. Preservation of the environment,
  5. Ethics and fair practices,
  6. Prioritizing the interests of clients and candidates,
  7. Territorial anchoring.
