Philippe Benayoun

Senior Advisor

Philippe Benayoun has been working for over 30 years in transformative and highly demanding environments. He has built his career within major international groups—Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo in consumer goods, TF1, Canal+, and BFMTV in media, and SFR in telecommunications—where he has held management positions in the areas of development, mergers and acquisitions, and change management.

He has distinguished himself in structuring commercial networks in services and FMCG, integrating post-acquisition organizations in the media, and leading teams during periods of strategic disruption in telecommunications. As a hands-on manager, he combines strategic vision with operational rigour. His leadership style is assertive, unifying and results-oriented, underpinned by a strong conviction that sustainable performance stems from meaning and collective commitment.

In 2020, he led the launch of the BFM Régions channels as part of the Altice group's decentralization strategy. A committed entrepreneur, he is now CEO of Famillys, a social and solidarity economy company taken over in 2024, which supports elderly or disabled people by promoting their independence, inclusion, and social connections.

Driven by a desire to pass on his knowledge, he is a tutor at Passeport Avenir and co-founder of the association Franchissons nos murs, which is committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities.

Philippe Benayoun embodies strategic and humanistic leadership, dedicated to transformation, sustainable performance, and societal impact.
