Pascale Sédes de Pellegars
Senior advisor in charge of the agri-food sector and international development
An agricultural engineer, Pascale de Pellegars is passionate about "living things".
A graduate of ENSAIA, she completed her engineering training with two Executive Management courses at INSEAD and CEDEP. Having held a number of senior management positions in international groups, mainly in the agri-food sector, she has managed and supported large, multicultural teams. She has operational experience of change management in contexts of profound transformation and in varied and uncertain environments.
She has come to appreciate how essential self-awareness, openness to others, listening and communication are in a process of change. Endowed with a strong results-oriented culture and a solid ability to elaborate and concretize a vision, she strives for individual and collective efficiency in the service of strategic challenges and performance. Building together" is the driving force behind her actions. Driven by her desire to pass on her experience and her belief in humanist values, as a consultant she focuses on what has always fascinated her: "helping people and teams to grow".
