Senior Legal Advisor - Lawyer
Jacques Elie was successively a lawyer, legal director and administrative director in industry and services for over 25 years.
He started his career as a lawyer at the CCI and the Commercial Court of Charleville-Mézières.
He then went into insurance brokerage in Alsace with the Werlingue group.
For approximately four years (from June 1997 to February 2001), he was a senior lawyer and then legal director and personnel director in the audiovisual sector, successively within Groupe AB and JLA Production.
He was a senior international lawyer in the paper industry at the multinational company ARJOWIGGINS (from August 2001 to March 2005).
He will finally spend more than 13 years (from April 2005 to December 2018) as head of the legal and intellectual property department of SOITEC, a company that operates in the semiconductor and solar energy fields.
He will decide, after a short stint (December 2018 to January 2021) as an administrative director in a US bank, State Street International, to restructure it, to become a lawyer at the Paris bar.
That same year, he met David Kennedy and Emmanuel Filippi and decided to join them as a senior advisor to participate in the development, structuring and support of Good & Right people's LEGAL offering.
