Emmanuel Filippi

Emmanuel has always worked in business consulting.

First in communication and marketing, notably within the world leader, the US company Omnicom, but also for independent SMEs.

For more than 20 years, Emmanuel has held general management positions in activities such as CRM, data, web and more broadly digital.

In 2016, he decided to become a headhunter in IT - which remains one of his specialties - and then expanded his intervention to all expert and managerial functions of the company.

It was in this context that he met David Kennedy and discovered interim management consulting with him.

Together, braving the epidemic and the economic crisis, they decided to create a new kind of consulting firm in March 2020: Good & Right people.
